VA Required Continuing Education Courses. Schedule meets new Ethics requirement

8:30-10:20 VA Ethics 2 hrs.

10:30-1:20 VA Ethics, Agency, Legal Update (1 hr each topic)

1:30-4:20 Current Legal Problems: Fair Housing 2 hrs, Contracts 1 hr

Courses also good for Post Licensing mandatory and elective credit

Class dates all on Wednesdays 6/4, 7/9, 8/6, 9/17, 10/8, 11/15, 12/3 Held at the VA location

VA Real Estate Agency, Ethics and Legal Update 3 hour class (1 hr each topic) VA req. Update on changes in VA laws and licensing regulations.

VA Current Legal Problems 2 hours Fair Housing, 1 hr Contracts. Update on fair housing including recent hearings and cases. Update on ADA for commercial licensees and review of basic contract law and discussion of contract issues in real estate.

New Requirements

Virginia New VA Ethics course together with Ethics, Agency, Legal Update course meets new VA Ethics requirement VA will accept DC and other state courses as electives when you incude a notarized copy of license from other state and copy of certificate. If salespersons were newly licensed after 1/1/2004 and on first time renewal, 30 hours of Post Licensing will need to be completed. 9 hrs Mandatory credits are required. Electives may be taken from any track.

Professional Investment $30 per hour of classtime. Please bring check or cash to class. Invoicing is discouraged
